| Junior Leaders |
The Tauhara College Junior Leadership Programme is a formal programme to identify and develop student leaders in the school. It is open to students in Years 9 and 10.
The goals of the programme are to:
- Develop a positive student culture in the
- school, emphasising respect and leadership.
- Provide Year 9 & 10 students with meaningful opportunities to develop as leaders.
- Provide students with the skills and understanding to be effective leaders in all areas of their lives.
- Develop a body of student leaders who can support the staff and management of Tauhara College.
